Trek along Muong Hoa valley
The very first trek of Sapa was established in this beautiful valley in 1990s. The valley where Hoa river flows through is home to many ethnic villages including Ta Van, Lao Chai, Giang Ta Chai, Hau Thao, offering the defining image of rice terraces, rugged mountains and lush pine forest.
There are different trek routes which varies from easy to strenous and from day trek to overnight one. As the valley winds under the foot of Hoang Lien national park, trekking in this area is one of the most unforgettable experience with rich farm, green forest, magnificent mountain vista and friendly local hill tribe.
Muong Khuong Markets
Markets in Muong Khuong district are really rich in culture. They are really the place where you find the uniqueness of local people. The market sets a lively social scene; tribes gather to enjoy and fun outing, laugh and talk with friends, and trade their wares.
Either Cao Son, Muong Khuong or Lung Khau Nhin market, you will find buffalo, bird markets besides the main parts with clothes, foods or farm produces.
